What we collect
When you contact us or request a quote (by phone, or through a form on this site) we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, and information about your vehicle or the parts you are after - including a pickup suburb if you are selling a car to us.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry - to check stock, give you a price, arrange freight or pickup, and complete the sale or purchase. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
How it is stored
Quote-form submissions are delivered to us by email. Our website does not store your form details in a database and does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it - call the yard or use the details on our contact page. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are unsatisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
