We price it on the parts we can recover, which is why a car that won't start, or has been written off, is still worth money to us.
We collect it and pay you
We come to the car. You don't need to get it running, jump-start it, or drive it anywhere, and you're paid when we pick it up.
Never done this before?
Most people who ring us haven't, and it doesn't put you at any disadvantage. You don't need the variant, the engine size, the service history or the second key. Anything you're unsure about, we'll work out together on the phone.

What you can expect from us
Buying a second-hand part can feel like a gamble, especially if it's your first time. It shouldn't be. Every part is tested before it's listed, checked against your car before it leaves, and sold with warranty - and there's a real yard, a real address and a real phone number behind it if anything isn't right. Here's how we try to take the risk out of it.
We pull the parts ourselves
We're not a broker and we don't drop-ship. Every part listed here came off a car in our own yard at Willawong. Ring up about one and we can walk out and put a hand on it. On the rare occasion we source a part for you from elsewhere, we'll always tell you, and we'll always tell you where it's coming from.
We check it fits before it leaves
Tell us your rego or VIN and we'll confirm the part suits your exact car and build. The wrong part turning up is the most common thing that goes wrong buying used, and it's the easiest to prevent.
Warranty on every part
Parts are tested before they're listed and sold with warranty, with the terms confirmed when you order. Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply on top of that, always.
You don't need the right words
No part number, no jargon, no worries. Describe it however makes sense to you, or send a photo. Plenty of people who ring us have never bought a second-hand part before.
Delivered anywhere, or collect from the yard
Packed properly and sent Australia-wide, or come to Willawong and pick it up in person. Ring ahead and we'll have it off the shelf and ready at the counter for you.
